Endpoint reference

Endpoint reference pages are generated from static/openapi.json. Run npm run generate after editing the specification.

The API surface contains authentication, order processing, reward coupon, and issued-voucher endpoints. Voucher endpoints operate on customer voucher instances, not merchant voucher templates.
